How do I access BDMS?

Accessing BDMS (Banner Document Management System)

  • Log in directly to BDMS Web (ApplicationXtender)
  1. Go to https://niner.sju.edu
  2. If prompted, log in using your SJU credentials
  • Access documents through Banner
  1. Log in to Banner Admin (https://hawkadm.sju.edu/applicationNavigator)
  2. Navigate to the appropriate Banner form and enter the ID of the record you would like to access.  Some of the most common forms and their linked BDMS applications include:
    • SGASTDN: Student Common B-S-ID
    • RPAAWRD: Financial Aid Common B-R-ID
    • RRAAREQ: Financial Aid Tracking Requirements B-R-TREQ
    • FAAINVE: Invoice Submission Z-G-INVS
  3. Click the "Retrieve" button in the Banner menu bar
