All diplomas are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) directly to graduates to the address provided on the graduation application. Diplomas are shipped approximately 4 to 6 weeks after your degree has been conferred. Once the diploma ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Degrees are conferred three times a year:
- on August 31 (for those completing their requirements with summer course work)
- January 15 (for those completing their requirements with fall course work),
- the date of the Commencement ceremony (for those completing their requirements with spring course work).
Two separate degrees/diplomas will NOT be granted to students who complete a second major.
Please note that diploma orders will not be processed if you have a hold on your student account.
