Getting your gaming systems, streaming devices and smart TV connected to the sjudpsk wireless network
You can obtain your unique key for the sjudpsk wireless network instantly once you complete this self registration process below. The process can be completed on any device that has an internet connection.
The generated keys should specifically be used for:
- Gaming Systems - XBOX, Playstation, Wii
- Streaming Device - Apple TV, Roku, Amazon FireStick, etc
- Smart TV
- BluRay Player
- Google Pixel Phone
Each device requires its own unique network key. To register multiple devices, you will have to repeat this process each time you want to add a new device to the network. For example, if you have an Xbox, a Wii, and a Apple TV you will have to go through this self registration process three times. Due to a limitation with the software, Network Services will reserve the right to purge any unused dPSKs that are over 24 hours old. Users are free to generate as many as they'd like.
This network should not be used to connect your laptop to the wireless network. If you are trying to connect your laptop to the wireless network, please use the Eduroam network only. Here are instructions for configuring it on your laptop.
SJUDPSK Wireless Network Self Registration Process
- Start by opening your browser and visiting: wifi.sju.edu
- With "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" option checked, click the "Start >" button.
- Next, enter your SJU username and password. If you do not know your password, please click here to reset it. If you do not know your SJU username, please contact the TSC. Once your username and password have been entered, click the "Continue >" button.
- On this page you will find your unique Network key, this is what you will plug into the sjudpsk wireless network and add your device to the network. (The key in this picture has already been used)
- If you have multiple devices, please repeat the registration process for each device by click the link at the top that reads, "Start Over".
