How to Launch Adobe Creative Cloud Apps in labs, classrooms and other shared computers:

Starting on October 14th 2019, labs, classrooms, and other shared computers around campus will acquire the very latest Adobe Creative Cloud applications.  These new Adobe applications require that you first authenticate to Adobe using your SJU credentials before you can successfully launch the application.  Here are the steps that Adobe now requires:

  1. Log in to the SJU computer as you would normally.
  2. Select the Adobe Application that you intend to use.  (Examples shown below)
  3. When prompted, sign in to Adobe using your full SJU email address.  Depending what you are accessing, you will be presented with one of the two log in screens:
  4. If prompted, select "Company or School Account"
  5. You will be redirected to SJU's Sign-on screen.   At the SJU Login screen, enter your username and password and click Login.

  6. Click ACCEPT at the Enterprise Sign-In Screen.
  7. This then will launch your application.  Note: In this example, we happen to have chosen Adobe Illustrator:

You may now begin your work.  You will remain logged into the Adobe Creative Cloud until you log out of the computer.  When you log back into the same computer, or any other lab/classroom computer, you will be required to sign in again before using the Adobe apps.
