How do I access my HSA directly?

You can review your HSA balances on the ibx.com portal or in your mobile app. To make changes to your biweekly contributions, you can do that directly in Workday by following the instructions here. You cannot change your HSA contributions in ibx.com.

Online Portal

1. Log in/Register to the online portal at ibx.com or through the IBX mobile app
2. Online, click "Select to View."
3. Click "Skip to Dashboard."
4. Hover over the icon of paper, "Claims & Finances," > Click on "Spending Accounts." (For the mobile app, click on the three lines in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.)
5. Click on "Continue" to be directed to your HSA account.
6. On the main screen, you will be able to view a quick snapshot of details about your account including  
   • The current balance of your HSA
   • A quick view of pending and completed transactions
   • A quick link to request a reimbursement
7. To obtain more details about your account, including how to request a reimbursement, click on the "Menu" button in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
8. To report your HSA card lost or stolen, hover over your name in the upper right-hand corner of the page > Click on "Debit Cards" > Click on the person's name > Click on "Report Lost/Stolen."
