Our team leads the talent management strategy for the University and supports faculty and staff in achieving their professional and personal goals through development opportunities, compensation and benefits and employee engagement.

We are located on the first floor of Saint Mary's Hall on the Lower Merion side of campus, and our office is open Monday-Friday from 9am until 5pm. Come visit us!
