Overview
Workday mobile is an easy way to access most basic functionality within Workday. While many more complex tasks still need to be completed on the web, Workday mobile allows you to enter time or time off, check your inbox & notifications, and view all of your information easily from your phone.
Workday mobile is available for all iPhone, iPad, and Andriod devices.
Downloading the Workday App
- From your device, navigate to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Search for "Workday" and download the app.
- Tap the "Log In" button.
- You will need to type in or scan our Organization ID:
- Organization ID: sju
- Scan with your device's camera:
- Next, you will need to log in with your full SJU email and password.
- You can tell Workday to "Remember this Device" or skip this step. You will also be prompted to (optionally) set up Biometric or PIN authentication to simplify the Log in process. For more details, please refer to this article.
- You can enable push notifications - this can also be enabled or disabled within the app at a later date.
Now, you'll see your home screen as it is shown in the mobile app, and you can navigate to anything the app has to offer from here.
