Updated Instructions as of April 22, 2025
If you are still required to use your legacy @pacollege.edu account and need to reset your password, the process for doing this has changed. Please follow the revised instructions below.
Steps:
- Go to the following link below:
https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/?whr=pacollege.edu
- You will be prompted to enter your @pacollege.edu email address followed by the characters displayed on your screen. Example below:

- Select the first option, "I forgot my password" and click "Next":

Depending what information you have stored in your account, you will be required to perform at least one form of verification.
*If you are any type of Administrator within tenant, you will be required to enter 2 forms of verification.*
- Some examples of verification could be your mobile #, office #, alternate/personal email address, or your Microsoft Authenticator app:

Depending what option you'd like to verify, make your selection and click the prompt to have that information sent to you. Once you receive the information, you'll be able to perform the password reset.
Your new password should synchronize and be ready to use in about 2 minutes, so you may need to wait a couple minutes before attempting to use your new password.
Alternative Steps:

Still Unable to Reset Your Password?
If for some reason your account does not have enough information to complete a password reset, please contact the SJU Service Desk by calling 610-660-2920. Please specify that you are attempting to reset the password for your legacy PA College account, at which point we will add your current, SJU email address as your alternate form of verification. We will not add any personal cell phone numbers as a secondary form of verification.
