Canvas recently announced that it will be sunsetting its ePortfolio tool (also known as Folio or Portfolium) on June 30, 2026. If you currently use ePortfolios in Canvas, please review the following information.

Canvas is sunsetting the ePortfolio tool on June 30, 2026
Will there be a migration of content?
There is no migration support being provided by Canvas/Instructure. Any content in the ePortfolio tool should be downloaded by the content owner before June 30, 2026. Content can be downloaded as a zip file.
I created an ePortfolio in Canvas, and now I can’t access my content.
Please submit a ticket to the Academic Technology team, and we will work with you to locate and access your content. Eportfolios will not be available after June 1st, 2026.
