Overview
There are two places to see your recently run reports: the Welcome page and the Recent menu.
Welcome Page
When you first log into Cognos, you start at the welcome page. Your recently run reports will be displayed here as tiles:
When viewing a report, you can return to the welcome page at any time by clicking the Home icon at the top of the navigation menu.
Recent Menu
In the left navigation menu, click the Recent icon:
Manage Recent List
To remove any reports from your recent list, click the three dots to the right of the entry (either in the tile or menu entry). Choose 'Remove from recent' and the selected report will no longer be displayed in your recently run reports.
