Add a User to Finance Web Menu or Time / Leave Approval

What is it?

Request this service to have a user added to GOAEACC.  This will allow the user to populate in FOMPROF and PTRUSER for further action.  This type of request has been know as 'Blank Oracle Accounts', 'Banner Self-Service Access for Budget Managers', and 'Banner Self-Service (Webtailor Role Request)'.

Who can use it?

This service can be requested by Office of Financial Affairs and Office of Human Resources personnel.
