New Digital Signage Install Request

What is it?

A typical digital signage install project costs between $5000 and $7000. When completing this request you will be asked to confirm that your department can fund this. Included in the cost estimate are:

  • Commercial grade display (typically 55")
  • Wall mount
  • Digital signage media player
  • Digital signage manager license
  • Infrastructure: electrical and data cabling install

The department is responsible for managing the content of the display.

Who can use it?

These requests should be approved by Dean/Chair or Director. You will be asked to confirm that the approval has taken place. 

Where can I access this service?

Requests for new digital signage should be submitted at least 90 days in advance. Once you have submitted this request, you will hear from a member of our team within 5 business day.
