I Need to Gain Access to Edit a Website

What is it?

The Office of Marketing and Communications offers an easy, non-technical way to manage University websites through Drupal or WordPress. Many SJU departments and clubs utilize Drupal or WordPress to share information with the community. Drupal and WordPress allows University members to update existing web content, create new pages, and publish those pages to the public.

Who can use it?

Employees: With approval from your VP, Dean or department head, you may ask for access to a Drupal or WordPress site and once you have completed training, you’ll be given access.

Faculty: With approval from your VP, Dean or department head, you may ask for access to a Drupal or WordPress site and once you have completed training, you’ll be given access. If you need access to your faculty profile, please use this form as well.

Students: 
If you are a student worker or graduate assistant: With the approval from your direct supervisor and once you have completed training, you’ll be given access.

If you are a member of leadership for a club: With the approval of your club adviser or the Office of Student Leadership and Activities, you will be given access
