The ‘Request Service’ button will link you to an upload form for the Hawk Info Campus Channels.
Please keep in mind the following requirements:
- Supported File Formats in Carousel Cloud
- Pixel resolution must be 1280x720 or 1920x1080 or 3840x2160 for landscape (horizontal) displays.
- A PowerPoint template, found in the lower right hand corner, can be used to help you create your bulletin(s) with the proper resolution.
- Vertical/Portrait submissions are automatically rejected and will not be posted.
- Less words, larger font is more effective.
- Use QR Codes to link to more information.
- Only one slide per submission/event is allowed.
Who can use it?
This service is available to faculty, staff, and students. All requests for updates to be posted on the HawkInfo campus channels are made through Student Life.
