What is it?
The Nest is Saint Joseph's University's information portal, which will help you to quickly and conveniently access campus and Internet resources. It is designed to promote communication and build an online community for our students, faculty, and staff.
Using The Nest, you can access your courses, email, calendar, registration tools, and more.
Within The Nest, there are pages broken down by category based on your roles at the University. On each page, there are portlets geared toward the appropriate audience. For example, if you are a student, you will have access to a page called Classes & Registration where you will find portlets related to Registration Tools, Canvas, DegreeWorks, and other academic resources. The Nest provides easy access to information resources such as the Library, Career Development Center, and Student Life. Students can register for classes, view their schedule, check grades, review degree requirements, pay bills, purchase textbooks, view campus news and events, research career and internship opportunities, or find friends in the campus directory.
Employees can access Administrative Services by logging into The Nest. This section is where you would enter students' final grades, perform a budget query, submit or approve leave reports, or check your pay stub.
Who can use it?
