How do I access my HSA directly?

You can review your HSA balances on the portal or in your mobile app. To make changes to your biweekly contributions, you can do that directly in Workday by following the instructions here.

Online Portal

  1. Log in/Register to the online portal or through the IBX mobile app
  2. Click on the "Claims and Spending" tab (in the mobile app, select the menu in the top-right corner to view this tab)
  3. Select "Spending Accounts" for basic information, including:
    • The current balance of your HSA
    • A quick view of pending and completed transactions
    • A quick link to request a reimbursement
    • Access to view and manage your debit cards.
  4. You can also select the "Manage Spending Accounts" option in the "Claims & Spending" tab to go to the full HSA dashboard, which has information such as:
    • A full list of recent transactions and their status - posted, eligible for reimbursement, processing, etc.
    • A "My Account" dashboard with your current available balance as well as options to review past and future plan years
    • Option to sign up for direct deposit reimbursements - so any reimbursements from your HSA plan can be sent to you directly instead of via a check in the mail
  5. In your Personal Dashboard in "Manage Spending Accounts", you can also do much more as well as find many resources in the menu available:
