Printing

All SJU students will have access to MobilePrint. Wireless printers are not permitted on campus. Our Student Print Policy can be found in full in our SJU Document Repository. Please use your SJU username and password to access it.

Academic Technology Support

  • Faculty, students, and staff are welcome to join our Coffee and Answers (open support sessions) to get help with Canvas, Zoom, or any academic technology tools. These sessions are available every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 am - 10 am and 2 pm - 3 pm via Zoom. 

General Support

  • What kind of computer should I bring?
    • Please do not come to campus with a Chromebook or Tablet as your primary device. Much of the technology used by your instructors is not compatible with these devices.
  • I have a technology question or I am having a technology issue, how do I get help?
  • What if I have financial need and cannot afford a laptop?
    • If you do not have a laptop and have a demonstrated financial need, please reach out to the Office of Student Success. We want every student at SJU to have access to the technology they need to be successful in their academic endeavors

Move-In Weekend Support

Visit the Technology Service Center for in-person support over move-in weekend:
Science Center 129

  • The TSC will be open Friday, Aug. 23, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., and Aug. 24-25, from 12pm - 4pm each day.

Support is also available 24/7 at 610-660-2920.
