This article contains both approved and unauthorized AI tools that have been evaluated by SJU. As tools are reviewed and approved, the will be added to the list. If you are using an AI tool that is not listed here, it should be submitted for technology review.
Enterprise Approved AI Tools
- NotebookLM: Google's AI-powered research and note-taking assistant.
- Gemini for Google Workspace: Gemini is available directly within Google Workspace applications such as Docs and Slides. Please be aware that the full Gemini application accessible at gemini.google.com is not currently enabled for our institution.
- Zoom AI Companion: an AI-based digital assistant that delivers real-time capabilities, functionality, and assistance to help users improve their productivity and user experience when using Zoom

The product list below is not exhaustive, however, IT is aware that they are in use by members of the SJU community. These tools should not be used to conduct university business.
