BDMS Initial Request

What is it?

The Banner Document Management System is SJU’s electronic document imaging and management system, which works in conjunction with our Banner system. The use of BDMS offers administrative and academic offices the opportunity to scan, store, index, retrieve, and archive information centrally as a means towards improving efficiency. This enterprise imaging system may be used in conjunction or independent of Banner.  

Who can use it?

Administrators and faculty with an approved business need.

Where can I access this service?

You can access this service via Internet native Banner (INB) or ApplicationXtender Web Access.
