What is it?
Esker OnDemand is SJU's cloud-based fax solution. Esker allows users to send and receives faxes via email.
Who can use it?
Specific departments on campus have requested and are using our cloud-hosted fax service.
Once your department has been added and your fax line converted, your department may send and receive faxes via email.
- Faxes can be sent by attaching a PDF to an email and sending it to the eFax service.
- If you have a paper document to fax, please scan it and forward it from your email through the eFax service.
- Faxes will be received at a departmental fax email box
