- New User Request
- Requires Department Channel Digital Signage Manager to enter and/or approval from Chair or Dean.
- Bulletin Issues
- Bulletin not displaying
- Bulletin not playing including video and/or audio
- Video and/or Audio Stutter
- Bulletin not uploading
- Special Event and/or Temporary Schedule Support
- Display/Screen Issues
- Please include location, Building and closest Room Number
- Any other technical Digital Signage issue.

Who can use it?
Any current user may report issues with Carousel. Any Student, Staff, or Faculty member may report observed issues with Digital Signage displays/screens.
Any 'New User' request must be made by the current Staff or Faculty Digital Signage Manager and/or Department Chair. Access is not guaranteed to be granted and students may not request access.
