What is it?
All computer-hardware related issues (i.e., computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse). You can also use this service to report issues with your VMWare Horizon environment on our Lancaster campus.
Who can use it?
Faculty and Staff: The TSC provides hardware support for all SJU-owned equipment. If you are having hardware issues with personally-owned equipment, please contact warranty support or a repair shop in your local area.

Where can I access this service?
You can bring your computer directly to the Technology Service Center in Science Center 129 or please use the green "Report a Problem" button to the right.
