All computer-hardware related issues (i.e., computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse).
Who can use it?
Faculty and Staff: The TSC provides hardware support for all SJU-owned equipment. If you are having hardware issues with personally-owned equipment, please contact warranty support or a repair shop in your local area.
Students: The TSC offers support for all student laptops.
Where can I access this service?
You can bring your computer directly to the Technology Service Center in Science Center 129 or please use the green "Report a Problem" button to the right.
