Password Reset

What is it?

Your SJU account logs you into the following services:

You use the same username and password for all services on the SJU network, whether it is The Nest or logging into computers in labs and classrooms. If you are a student, your username is an eight-character string consisting of your first and last initial and the last 6 digits of your student ID number. For instance, the username for Joseph Hawk, who has a student ID number of 12345678, would be jh345678. If you are an employee named Joseph Hawk, your username would be jhawk.

Your SJU ID number can be found on your SJU ID card.  If you do not know your ID number and do not have an ID card, it can be found on just about any official University communication, for instance, your tuition bill. If you do not have any record of your ID number, contact the Security and Public Safety at (610) 660-1111 to get a new ID card.

Who can use it?

All SJU Employees and Students have SJU Accounts.
